Imran Zaidi brings more than a decade of diverse real estate experience, where his adaptability and people-first philosophy have made him a standout leader in the relationship-driven real estate industry. Zaidi’s career includes establishing and selling a boutique brokerage in 2022. That experience shaped his belief that real estate thrives when leadership is transparent, supportive, and rooted in a genuine desire to help people grow.
In his new role as Regional Manager, Zaidi will support all branches across Ontario and their leadership teams, focusing on creating environments where agents feel empowered, connected, and confident in the future they are building
Complementing this strategic promotion is the addition of Sean Morrison, a respected industry leader with more than 20 years of real estate experience, stepping into the role of Managing Broker of Right at Home Realty’s Toronto branch. His background spans finance, government relations, media relations, and brokerage management.

His most recent role as Western Division Manager at Coldwell Banker Momentum Realty further showcased his ability to support growth and strengthen agent development.
