Largest transaction in Newfoundland and Labrador MLS® history
Jim Burton of REMAX Infinity has successfully closed the sale of a major multi-residential property in Gander for $25 million, marking the largest transaction in the history of the MLS® system in Newfoundland and Labrador.
The transaction includes 127, 129, and 131 Bennett Drive (MLS® 1288496), a multi-building residential complex featuring 169 apartment units across three buildings situated on approximately nine acres.
