REIC Verified uses a multi-layered screening process that confirms a professional’s criminal record status, verifies employment history, authenticates educational credentials, and validates standing with the appropriate real estate regulatory bodies across Canada. Each verification is completed through trusted sources and documented checks, ensuring that every individual who becomes REIC Verified meets stringent requirements for integrity, competence, and ethical conduct. This process gives organizations, companies, brokerages and consumers confidence that the professionals they rely on have been thoroughly and independently vetted.
REIC Verified establishes a consistent, independently validated standard confirming that real estate professionals meet rigorous criteria for ethics, professionalism, education, and credentials.
