REMAX Canada is pleased to announce that Trevor Clark and Peter Bastedo, Broker/Owners of REMAX Affiliates Boardwalk, have acquired seven REMAX Affiliates Realty Ltd. offices in Ottawa, Ontario from Kevin and Jacalyn Grimes.
Kevin and Jacalyn have owned REMAX Affiliates Realty Ltd. brokerages over the last decade and have built it into a well-respected and trusted name in the Ottawa market. As part of this transition, they will continue to own and manage their Smiths Falls and Westport offices, now under the REMAX Affiliates Marquis Ltd. banner, along with their existing offices in Cornwall, Alexandria and Morrisburg.
This acquisition represents a full-circle moment and strategic milestone for Trevor and Peter. Over the past 15 years, they have grown from independent agents to successful team leaders, and in 2020, they opened the REMAX Affiliates Boardwalk brokerage with the mentorship and support of Kevin and Jacalyn.
