On behalf of BUZZ BUZZ Media Inc., Isabella Munden and I want to extend our deepest gratitude to each and every single person who attended the BUZZ Greatness 2026 Conference on January 28 and 29 at the Mississauga Convention Centre.
The energy in the room, the conversations in the hallways, the notes being taken, the hugs, the introductions, the partnerships forming in real time, all of it reminded us why this community is so powerful and why we continue to build this platform year after year.

To Alex Lombardi, Founder LOL and Futures by Design, Toronto/Sicily for being our Host of BUZZ Talks with Mini Mic. You are the standard bearers of our industry and we are proud and grateful to walk alongside you. Your investment is not simply financial, it is symbolic of unity, trust, and the willingness to collaborate for the greater good of Canadian real estate.
To our notable Headline Speaker, Mark Shapiro, your message in The Pursuit of Hope was one of the most heartfelt and meaningful moments of the entire conference. Your words about people, about teams, about fans, about Canada, about family and children, about leadership and about belief carried weight and sincerity. You reminded us that leadership is not about title, it is about intention and impact. You reminded us that business is human and that hope is not a slogan but a responsibility. We are grateful you shared your time, your insight, and your passion with the BUZZ stage because your message will echo far beyond those two days and into the way many will approach their work and their lives moving forward. To Spoken Artist Founder, Petar Josic, thank you for your artistry and our partnership. Your performance arrived at exactly the right time and touched the room in a way that only authentic expression can. It was powerful, memorable, and deeply appreciated.
To Joyce Paron, CEO of EXIT Realty Corp. International Canada, thank you for leading such a powerful and meaningful discussion with Mark Shapiro. You brought warmth, intelligence, and authenticity to that stage on January 28, and there truly could not have been a more wonderful human in that chair. Your presence was grounding, your questions were thoughtful, and your ability to connect conversation to purpose reminded everyone in the room why leadership matters. I am incredibly proud to call you both a friend and a colleague in this industry. I am even prouder to witness the impact you continue to have on people across Canada and USA, regardless of geography you are our standard Joyce.
To all of our Speakers, you are the standard. The privilege of witnessing your generosity, your expert knowledge, your experience and lived experiences, your passion, your compassion, and your consistent voice of unity for our industry is something we do not take lightly. Each of you gave more than a presentation. You gave perspective, honesty, and guidance that people will carry back into their offices, their teams, and their daily conversations. You shared lessons learned through years of commitment, moments of challenge, and moments of triumph, and you did so with openness and humility.
Because of you, the room was filled with reflection, notebooks were filled with ideas, and conversations were filled with purpose. You reminded us that leadership is not reserved for titles but is demonstrated through action, integrity, and the willingness to lift others as you rise. Your willingness to stand on that stage and speak not only about success but also about growth, resilience, and responsibility created a space where people felt seen, supported, and motivated to do better for their clients and for one another. A message that was felt throughout the 2 days, thank you to Mark Shapiro, President and CEO Toronto Blue Jays for starting it.
You are not only educators, you are connectors. You bridge brands, brokerages, and generations within our profession. You prove that collaboration is not a weakness but a strength, and that sharing knowledge does not diminish value, it multiplies it. Our industry is stronger, kinder, and more forward thinking because of voices like yours that continue to advocate for professionalism, empathy, and unity. We are better with you, we grow with you, and we are deeply grateful for the time, wisdom, and heart you so generously shared with all of us.
I also want to extend sincere thanks to the following leaders of our industry for joining us over the two days: Janice Myers, CEO of CREA, Scott Neil, CEO of REALTOR.ca, Cathy Polan, President of OREA, John DiMichele, CEO of TRREB, and Bill Duce, CEO of Cornerstone and so many other Real Estate Board Leaders. Having the leadership of our largest real estate association and boards in Canada present meant a great deal to our community. Your willingness to be in the room, to listen, to share your knowledge, and to speak to a collective vision for a stronger and better real estate industry demonstrated true leadership. Your presence reinforced the importance of transparency, collaboration, and forward thinking, and it did not go unnoticed by the many professionals who value guidance, direction, and unity at every level of our profession.
To our attendees, from Canada, USA and Europe, as far as Belgium and Portugal, each of you make Canadian real estate World Class. You are the heartbeat, the reason, the inspiration that pushes us to continue elevating this industry with integrity and optimism.
To Corporate Brokerages, Teams and Media Companies who book events whether virtual or live on the same day as BUZZ, try to join us one year, you won’t regret it. I challenge you to think of us as your industry partners, we are here for you too.
As many of you may have witnessed, there were a few minor glitches throughout the two days, and we worked through each of them together. The emotions felt during the event were never about those small moments. They were about something much greater I have been holding in. The recent division based on geography within our industry has been disheartening for many of us, yet gatherings like BUZZ Greatness reaffirm that the future of leadership is rooted in unity, mutual respect, and shared perspective. When we come together with open minds and open hearts, we are reminded that we are not competitors first, we are professionals serving people, families, and communities. We are strategic partners who can stand proud of our individual brands while still recognizing that collaboration strengthens all of us. The dream we protect is bigger than any logo, brokerage, or border. It is the dream of home ownership, the dream of stability, and the dream of a front door that belongs to a family, a couple, a newcomer, or a first time buyer who still believes it is possible.
To everyone committing to change and growth, remember why we do what we do. We help families step into their first homes. We help elders transition from the homes where they raised generations. We help newcomers find belonging. We help communities grow stronger one closing at a time. The dream of home ownership must be kept alive and that responsibility sits with every trusted and proud REALTOR across this country. Be proud to be a REALTOR. It is one of the greatest professions because at its core it is about people, hope, and the belief that a home is more than a structure, it is a foundation for life itself.
To God, my husband Wayne, my 3 incredible children, I love you, I love you, I love you.
Next up, we are looking forward to TRREB, REALTOR®QUEST, Canada’s largest most influential Real Estate Board bringing together 13,000+ REALTORS® each year!
Much Love and respect to all,
Virginia and Bella Munden
