As REVEL prepares to close out the 2025 selling year on a strong and confident note, a series of exciting developments in office expansion, leadership recruitment, and evolving real estate opportunities have begun to shape what is poised to become one of the most transformative chapters in the company’s history. While the year has been marked by milestone achievements and innovative breakthroughs, the momentum that has gathered throughout 2025 is paving the way for an even more dynamic and ambitious 2026. With new conversations, new partnerships, and new markets opening their doors to the REVEL brand, the brokerage stands on the threshold of a year defined by growth, reinvention, and bold strategic steps forward.

Looking back with a “glass-full” perspective, one of the most celebrated highlights of 2025 was the launch of REVUP, REVEL’s groundbreaking hybrid mentorship and education program. REVUP represented a new era of agent development within the brokerage, intentionally designed to meet the evolving needs of modern REALTORS® who crave not only information, but also practical guidance, structured support, and direct access to top-level industry leaders. Over the course of the year, REVUP consistently attracted an impressive turnout of engaged and motivated agents. Each weekly session featured REVEL’s Head Coaches and best-selling agents, who generously shared their experience, field-tested strategies, and personal secrets of the trade.

The response was overwhelming. Agents praised the program’s energy, relevance, and real-world applicability, often expressing how the conversations reshaped their approach to branding, client service, lead generation, negotiation, and personal mindset. The animated online environment created by REVUP quickly became a hallmark of the REVEL culture and an open forum where learning was active, mentorship was authentic, and collaboration replaced competition. As the program matured over the year, it became clear that its impact extended beyond skill-building; REVUP elevated confidence, strengthened internal connections, and reaffirmed REVEL’s commitment to ensuring that every agent, regardless of experience, has the tools and insight needed to succeed.

With this success as its foundation, REVEL is now focused on scaling its experiential, hands-on learning opportunities for 2026. Leadership is developing new programs, expanded coaching formats, and elevated professional resources that will introduce fresh dimensions to REVEL’s already robust suite of brokerage offerings. These new initiatives, which promise to refine the REVEL agent experience even further, are being prepared for an official debut at the upcoming REVEL Tip-Off event, an annual gathering that marks the beginning of each new year and sets the tone, energy, and expectations for the twelve months ahead. For REVEL agents, the Tip-Off has become synonymous with inspiration, innovation, and the first unveiling of major strategic movements within the company.

Yet the excitement inside REVEL Headquarters does not end with education. As the brokerage prepares for 2026, a wave of new offices, new leaders, and new regions are beginning to join the REVELution. Throughout the year, the leadership team has hosted numerous in-office meetings with high-performing REALTORS®, respected industry veterans, and emerging leaders who have expressed interest in bringing the REVEL brand into new and expectant territories both within Ontario and beyond. With strong commitments already made by new incoming leaders, and more announcements currently underway, the stage is being set for REVEL’s footprint to widen significantly in the coming year.
