Right at Home Realty is pleased to announce the appointment of Sean Morrison as Broker of Record, effective July 20, 2026. Following an extensive search process, Morrison has been selected to lead the brokerage’s regulatory and operational oversight while helping shape the future of one of Canada’s largest independent real estate brokerages.
After considering a strong field of candidates, Right at Home Realty’s next Broker of Record came from within its own organization. Morrison joined the brokerage in 2025 as Managing Broker of the Toronto Central branch, where he quickly established himself as a trusted leader through his collaborative approach, industry expertise, and unwavering commitment to supporting REALTORS®. His appointment reflects the strength of the brokerage’s leadership team and its commitment to developing leaders who understand its culture, values, and people.
With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate profession, Morrison brings an exceptional breadth of knowledge to the role. Before joining Right at Home Realty, Morrison served as Western Division Manager at Coldwell Banker Momentum Realty, where he oversaw regional operations and brokerage growth. He is also widely recognized for his leadership within organized real estate, having served as President of the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) and Vice President of the REALTORS® Association of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB). During his tenure as OREA President, he helped guide more than 90,000 REALTORS® through significant industry change, including the COVID-19 pandemic, the implementation of the Trust in Real Estate Services Act (TRESA), and initiatives that strengthened governance, advocacy, and professional standards across Ontario.
As Broker of Record, Morrison will oversee the brokerage’s regulatory compliance, professional standards, and risk management while working alongside the executive leadership team to further strengthen the resources, education, and support available to Right at Home Realty’s network of more than 6,000 REALTORS®. His leadership will play an important role in ensuring the brokerage continues to uphold the highest standards of professionalism while empowering agents to confidently serve their clients in an increasingly complex marketplace.
