A two-day A.I. world premiere for real estate agents, hosted by Carrie Soave, “The A.I. Queen”, and Nick Krem, “Mr. Exponential”
NIAGARA FALLS, Ontario – The curtain is rising on one of the most ambitious A.I. events real estate has seen. Project 42, billed as “The Greatest Show in Real Estate,” takes the stage August 10 and 11 at the Greg Frewin Theatrical Centre in Niagara Falls, Ontario. This is no hotel-ballroom seminar. It is a full-production, Las Vegas-style premiere built on a single vision: A.I. is magic, the robots are coming, and the agents in this room will own the next decade of real estate.
Just one A.I. agentic workflow could transform an agent’s business. Project 42 reveals eleven, each one live, each already running inside a working real estate operation, handed to the audience as a digital asset they keep forever.
The event is co-hosted by Carrie Soave, a licensed agent, prompt engineer, and global speaker known as The A.I. Queen, and founder of The A.I. Solution for REALTORS®.
“A.I. is the ultimate equalizer and it is not waiting for permission. It does not care if you are a solo agent or scaling a team, it levels the field for anyone willing to use it,” said Soave. “I am not here to sell fluff. I build and teach the exact tools I wish someone had handed me years ago, and at Project 42 I am handing them to every agent in the room.”
She is joined by co-host Nick Krem, founder of the Krem Institute of Artificial Intelligence and known as Mr. Exponential. Krem created the A.I. Certified Agent program, with more than 1,500 agents graduated across 50 states and 13 countries.
“I believe A.I. is here to spend less time behind a computer and more time talking to clients,” said Krem. “It is changing the world, how we operate, the jobs that we do, the jobs that people will perform. This is exponential technology. At Project 42, you will peer into the crystal ball and see the future of the industry before your eyes.”
The robots are coming. Literally.
In a first for a real estate event, live humanoid robots will share the Project 42 stage. They walk, they talk, they dance, they shake hands, offering a tangible preview of the future of the client experience.
Two days. Zero theory.
Day one is the playbook. Eleven operators take the stage and reveal the exact agentic workflows powering their businesses, handing over the prompts, systems, and digital assets attendees keep forever. Day two, reserved for VIP attendees, is where the room stops watching and starts building. Guests construct a working A.I. agent alongside the speakers, then compete for a $1,000 cash prize for the coolest agent in the room.
The venue was chosen on purpose. Project 42 takes over a 650-seat theatre and is walking distance from the Falls. “When we talk about a shift in real estate, we mean the kind of change you should feel,” the hosts said. “So we picked a place that makes you feel it.”
Who it’s for.
Project 42 is built for solo agents ready to scale without hiring a team of five, team leaders and brokers who need systems their whole office can run, top producers protecting their market share, and newer agents ready to skip the twenty-year grind.
Three ticket tiers are available now. General Admission is $97 CAD for full day-one access. The All-Access Pass is $497 CAD and adds an exclusive evening mastermind with The A.I. Queen, Mr. Exponential, and Project 42’s world-class lineup of speakers. The VIP Experience is $1,200 CAD and includes both days, the live build session, competition entry, and a private dinner with the hosts and speakers. Speaker announcements will roll out across the summer.
In five years, every successful real estate business will run on agentic A.I. The agents at Project 42 will lead that shift. Everyone else will be trying to catch up.
