The London and St. Thomas Association of REALTORS® (LSTAR) is thrilled to announce the selection of Dina McNeil as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), starting May 4, 2026.
“LSTAR is very excited to welcome Dina to the association, during such a monumental time for housing and the real estate profession,” said Robin Tiller, LSTAR’s 2026 Chair. “A bilingual senior leader for more than 20 years, Dina brings a wealth of experience in strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement from several national organizations.”
McNeil previously served as Director of Operations and Performance of Colleges and Institutes Canada, and held senior positions at the Canadian Home Builders’ Association and the Canadian Real Estate Association. Respected for her collaborative leadership style and strong governance acumen, McNeil has been recognized for her work in advocacy and organizational transformation. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with Boards of Directors, senior leadership teams, and a multitude of industry stakeholders.
“As one of the most progressive and accomplished real estate associations in Canada, my highest priority is supporting and connecting with members, as we prepare LSTAR for the future,” said Dina McNeil, LSTAR CEO. “With recent developments in housing policy and regulatory framework, I am looking forward to the opportunity of moving the industry forward, as we work together to create more paths to home ownership.”
McNeil succeeds Bill Madder, who served as CEO from 2020 to 2026 and is retiring this year.
