His session examines what it takes to build a successful career that remains sustainable over time while balancing business, family and the inevitable changes in the marketplace.

Learning From the People Doing the Work

The breadth of the breakout program reflects the changing realities of today’s real estate profession.

From building referral businesses without relying on advertising to creating systems that improve client service; from navigating complex personal circumstances such as separation and divorce to negotiating effectively; and from embracing technology to building a sustainable career, CBeyond Experience brings together professionals with different experiences and perspectives.

The common thread is practical knowledge that can be taken back to the office and applied.

As CBeyond Experience describes it, the event is built around a generous and collaborative network where colleagues openly share their playbooks, ideas, and proven strategies for success.

The Conference of the Future

The two-day experience begins October 6 with registration and a welcome reception featuring cocktails and appetizers.

October 7 features a full day of learning and networking, followed by a sunset Halifax Harbour cruise aboard the historic Silva Tall Ship and an evening social.

October 8 continues with additional programming and keynote content before concluding with an East Coast kitchen party and celebratory lobster parade, with chicken and vegetarian options available.

The experience combines professional development with the opportunity to build relationships outside the traditional conference environment.

Where Real Estate Vision Meets Innovation

At a time when technology, consumer expectations, demographics and business models are rapidly changing the real estate landscape, CBeyond Experience creates space for professionals to consider not only what is changing, but how they can respond.

Technology may be transforming how real estate professionals market, communicate and operate their businesses, but the conference’s peer-led program also reinforces the continuing importance of relationships, trust, communication, negotiation, organization and exceptional client service.

That combination, innovation and human experience, is at the heart of CBeyond Experience.

With professionals travelling from across Canada, the event provides an opportunity for the Coldwell Banker community to learn from one another, exchange ideas and strengthen connections across the national network.
