Two sales associates and one marketing leader recognized among the next generation of talent across the international Coldwell Banker network.
Three young professionals from across the Coldwell Banker Canada network have been named to the 2026 Coldwell Banker® 30 Under 30 list, an international honour celebrating rising talent from across the real estate industry.
This year’s Canadian honourees are:
- Nikki Grella, Sales Associate, Coldwell Banker Elevate Realty, Georgetown, ON
- Kelsey Gliddon, Sales Associate, Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Centre, Gravenhurst, ON
- Sakshi Bhamre, Marketing Director, Coldwell Banker Sarazen Realty Brokerage, Ottawa, ON
The recognition places Grella, Gliddon and Bhamre among 30 honourees selected from a global network of 93,000 affiliated agents across more than 50 countries and territories.
The annual Coldwell Banker® 30 Under 30 award recognizes prominent and innovative professionals under the age of 30 from across the international Coldwell Banker network. Candidates represent a variety of roles within the industry and are evaluated on factors including production, innovation, niche expertise, community service and leadership.

A Georgetown native, Grella brings a distinctive combination of local knowledge, real estate experience and design expertise to her work. Growing up in a family involved in home renovations and real estate gave her early insight into the many layers of buying, selling and improving a home. Before entering the industry, she worked as a dancer and interior decorator and became a Canadian Certified Staging Professional. Today, she draws on that background to help clients navigate home purchases, relocations, investments and other major life transitions with personalized guidance.
Born and raised in Gravenhurst, Gliddon has built her career around her knowledge of Muskoka and her connection to the community she has always called home. She works across residential, commercial and rental real estate, bringing local insight and an extensive network of trusted contacts to her clients. Gliddon has been voted Muskoka’s Favourite Real Estate Agent four consecutive times, from 2021 through 2024. She also serves on the Town of Gravenhurst’s Community Grants Committee, helping review funding applications from community organizations and local businesses.
As Marketing Director at Coldwell Banker Sarazen Realty, Bhamre leads marketing, branding and agent experience for a brokerage of more than 100 sales representatives across Ottawa and Arnprior. Her work includes campaigns, custom content, strategic communications, agent onboarding and event production. She has also been recognized with Coldwell Banker Canada’s Pillar of Support Award and Coldwell Banker Sarazen Realty’s Ripple Effect Award for her contribution to the brokerage and its agents.
The Top 30 Under 30 award honours the entrepreneurial legacy of Coldwell Banker founders Colbert Coldwell and Arthur Banker, who were just 24 and 28 years old when they founded the company. As Coldwell Banker celebrates its 120th anniversary in 2026, this year’s honourees carry that spirit forward and demonstrate the strength of the talent shaping the brand’s future.
Members of the 30 Under 30 class will have opportunities to serve as ambassadors for the Coldwell Banker brand, provide feedback on new initiatives and contribute to future speaking, panel and leadership opportunities across the network.
