Currently, Stephanie serves as the Director of Compliance and Manager at RARE Real Estate. In this role, she ensures that the entire brokerage is well-supported and compliant with all regulations. Her commitment to the real estate community extends beyond her professional duties; she is deeply involved in volunteering with the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB). Stephanie has been an active member of the YPN Committee, which assists REALTORS® in navigating their careers by keeping them informed about new rules, regulations, and policies, and hosting seminars to ensure all members stay on track. Additionally, she contributes to TRREB’s Arbitration and Professional Standards Task Force and the REALTOR® Quest Taskforce.
